How can I track my order?
Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use it to see where your package is and when it will arrive.
How do I clean my mousepad?
Our mousepads are hand-washable and easy to clean. We recommend washing them with lukewarm water and natural soap. Please avoid using harsh chemicals or very hot water, as this can damage the material. Gently wash the surface without scrubbing aggressively with sponges or brushes to avoid damaging the fabric.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Once your package has been sent, it is no longer possible to change or cancel the order. If you wish to make changes or cancel, please contact us as soon as possible after placing your order so we can try to accommodate your request.
Do you offer custom designs?
Yes, we offer custom designs. For a price quotation, please contact us through the contact form on our “Custom” page. If you already have a design, be sure to include it so we can provide the most accurate quote.
How fast will my order arrive?
We ship all orders directly from Estonia. Delivery times depend on your location:
- Baltic & Nordic countries: usually 2–4 business days
- Most of Central Europe: about 4–7 business days
- Southern & Western Europe: around 5–9 business days
What is your return policy?
If your product arrives faulty, please contact us through our Contact Us page, and we’ll work with you to resolve the issue. As all of our products are made to order, refunds and returns are handled on a case-by-case basis. Please note that we cannot accept returns caused by customer error (such as incorrect information provided during the order process).
