Do you offer bulk discounts?
Yes, we offer tiered pricing for bulk orders. The more mousepads you order, the lower the price per unit, making it more cost-effective for businesses purchasing larger quantities.
What is the minimum amount of mousepads I can order?
There is no minimum order requirement. We also support small businesses, but please note that the quantity directly affects the price, the more mousepads you order, the lower the cost per unit will be
What size mousepads can I order?
We can produce mousepads in any custom size, though that is for an additional price. For the best value, we recommend choosing from our standard sizes:
XL: 90 cm × 60 cm
L: 60 cm × 40 cm
M: 30 cm × 25 cm
S: 24 cm × 20 cm
All mousepads are produced with a 2 mm thickness.
How long will the order take to fulfill and how much will the shipping cost?
The fulfillment time depends on the size of your order, but the estimated production time is 2–4 weeks. Shipping costs are based on the order volume.
For orders of 30 mousepads or more, delivery is free of charge and shipped directly to your business address.
I don't have designs for my mousepad. What should I do?
If you don’t have a complete design, feel free to contact us, simply mention it in your message, and our experienced designers will be happy to help (for an small additional fee).
If your design is suitable but not in the correct size, we will adjust it to fit and always ask for your confirmation before proceeding.
What packaging options are available for bulk orders?
For bulk shipments, we can package the mousepads in the most cost-effective way, or if preferred, we can box each mousepad individually. For more details or special requests, please contact us at business@mousepadstore.eu.
