How fast will my order arrive?
We ship all orders directly from Estonia. Delivery times depend on your location:
- Baltic & Nordic countries: usually 2–4 business days
- Most of Central Europe: about 4–7 business days
- Southern & Western Europe: around 5–9 business days
How can I track my order?
Once we send out your package, you will receive an order confirmation email with a tracking code. You can use this code to follow your order’s journey online until it arrives at your doorstep.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and chosen shipping method.
Do you ship internationally?
We ship directly from Estonia across Europe. Shipping times vary depending on your location and are between 2–9 business days.
Do you offer express shipping?
Currently, we ship with standard delivery options. If you need faster shipping, please contact us before placing your order, and we’ll do our best to arrange it.
Ordering & Invoices
Will I receive updates about my order?
Yes! Orders are usually dispatched the next working day after you place your order. Once your package is on its way, you will receive an email with a tracking number. If you don’t see the email, please check your junk or spam folder. If it’s still not there, please contact us at support@mousepadstore.eu.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Once your package has been sent, it is no longer possible to change or cancel the order. If you wish to make changes or cancel, please contact us as soon as possible after placing your order so we can try to accommodate your request.
Will I receive an invoice for my order?
Yes, an invoice will be automatically sent to your email after your order is confirmed.
Do you offer gift wrapping or special packaging?
All of our mousepads are shipped in custom Mousepadstore packaging. If you would like special packaging, gift wrapping, or are sending your order as a gift, please contact us at support@mousepadstore.eu, and we’ll be happy to assist.
What is your return policy?
If your product arrives faulty, please contact us through our Contact Us page, and we’ll work with you to resolve the issue. As all of our products are made to order, refunds and returns are handled on a case-by-case basis. Please note that we cannot accept returns caused by customer error (such as incorrect information provided during the order process).
Mousepads
My mousepad has a strong rubber smell, is this normal?
Yes, that’s completely normal and nothing to worry about! The scent comes from the natural rubber base being heated during the printing process. The smell will fade with time, especially if you place your mousepad in a well-ventilated area out of direct sunlight. If you’d like to speed things up, you can also gently wash your mousepad by following the steps above.
How do I clean my mousepad?
Our mousepads are hand-washable and easy to clean. We recommend washing them with lukewarm water and natural soap. Please avoid using harsh chemicals or very hot water, as this can damage the material. Gently wash the surface without scrubbing aggressively with sponges or brushes to avoid damaging the fabric.
How should I dry my mousepad after washing?
After washing, let your mousepad air dry naturally or roll it in a towel to absorb excess moisture. Avoid direct sunlight, as it can cause the colors to fade.
What are your mousepads made of?
All of our mousepads are made with a natural rubber base for a firm, non-slip grip and a fine woven fabric surface for smooth and precise mouse movement.
Will my mousepad be the exact size that is listed on the store?
Our mousepads are made from rubber and cloth materials that are pressed together under high temperature and pressure. Because of this process, the final size may vary slightly (up to 5%) from the listed dimensions.
Are your mousepads optimized for gaming?
Our mousepads are designed for all types of use, from gaming to office work or studying. They are optimized to provide the smoothest glide, best desk protection, and the most comfortable user experience possible, making them perfect for any situation.
Can I get the wallpaper of the design I ordered?
We do not release HD wallpapers of our designs to prevent any potential copyright infringements. Sorry!

How long will the LED lighting in my mousepad last?
Our LED mousepads are designed for durability. With proper care, the LED strip can last from 7 to 10 years.
Is my LED mousepad safe to use for long hours?
Absolutely! The mousepad uses low-voltage LED technology, which is safe, energy-efficient, and produces very little heat, making it suitable for extended gaming or work sessions.
What should I do if my LED mousepad stops working?
First, double-check the USB connection and try a different port. If the issue continues, please reach out to our support team, we’ll be happy to help with troubleshooting.
How does the LED mousepad get power?
The mousepad gets power through a USB connection, so no batteries are required. Just plug it into your computer, gaming console, or any USB power adapter and light up your room.
Can I still use the mousepad if it’s not plugged in?
Yes! The mousepad works perfectly as a high-quality surface even without power. The only difference is that the LED lighting won’t be active until you plug it in.
Is the mousepad waterproof or easy to clean?
The surface is water-resistant and easy to wipe down. For deeper cleaning, you can gently hand wash it with a damp microfiber towel. Just be extremely careful to keep the USB port area dry.

To keep your mouse gliding effortlessly, we include a set of high-quality mouseskates with every pad — simply apply them to your mouse for the best performance and durability.
Do glass mousepads make any sound while in use?
Glass mousepads can sound slightly different from cloth pads, but most users quickly get used to it. Due to the friction between the mouse and the mousepad, it makes a slight sound, which most users get used to very quickly. To make mouse movement even quieter, you can use the high-quality PTFE mouseskates included with the mousepad for an even smoother and quieter glide.
Do all mice work on a glass mousepad?
Modern gaming mice with high-quality sensors work perfectly on glass. Older mice may not track as well, so we recommend pairing the mousepad with a modern mouse.

What if I only have an idea for a design but not an actual design?

Can I print anything?
We cannot print trademarked or copyrighted material without permission. By submitting a design, you confirm that you have the rights to use the image. We also reserve the right to reject any content that is defamatory, obscene, pornographic, indecent, harassing, threatening, harmful, invasive of privacy or publicity rights, abusive, inflammatory, or otherwise objectionable.
What quality should the image be for a custom mousepad?
For the best results, we recommend submitting images with a high resolution, ideally 150 DPI or higher. HD wallpapers and similar high-quality images usually work very well. If you’re unsure about your image, just send it to us at support@mousepadstore.eu, and we’ll check it for you to ensure it prints perfectly.
