The online store at www.mousepadstore.eu is owned by Veebindus LLC (reg. no. 16864145).
These Terms and Conditions apply to purchases made in the online store. Prices of the products sold in the online store are indicated on the product pages. A fee for delivery of the goods will be added to the price. The delivery fee depends on the chosen delivery method. The delivery fee is shown to the buyer during the order process. Information about the goods is provided in the online store on the corresponding product page.
To order goods, add the desired products to the shopping cart. To submit an order, fill in the required fields and select a suitable delivery method. The payable amount will then be displayed, and payment can be made securely using the following methods:

Payments are processed by Montonio Finance UAB. Payment is completed outside the online store in a secure environment — when using a bank link, in the secure environment of the respective bank, and when using a credit card, in Montonio Finance’s secure environment. The seller does not have access to the customer’s bank or credit card details.
The owner of the online store is the data controller of personal data and forwards the personal information necessary to process payments to the authorised processor Montonio Finance UAB.
The sales contract becomes effective when the amount due has been received in the online store’s bank account. If the ordered goods cannot be delivered due to stock depletion or for any other reason, the buyer will be notified as soon as possible and the paid amount (including delivery costs) will be refunded without undue delay, but no later than 14 days after the seller becomes aware of the non-deliverability.
The buyer bears the shipping costs; the relevant price information is displayed with each delivery option. Shipments within Europe generally reach the buyer’s specified destination within 2–10 business days from the entry into force of the sales contract. Goods are delivered to the customer by Omniva and their partner UPS, Asendia, SF Express. Free shipping applies to shopping carts with a total of €100 or more. Free shipping is provided to the address provided by the customer.
If part of an order is returned such that the final order total falls below €100, the shipping cost will be deducted from the refundable amount.
Before using a product, the buyer is obliged to familiarise themselves with the safety and user instructions provided with the product or made available on the website. By placing an order, the buyer confirms that they have read and understood these instructions and agree to comply with the conditions and recommendations contained therein. The seller is not liable for damage arising from non-compliance with the instructions, improper use, or failure to follow the safety requirements set out in the instructions.
After receiving the order, the buyer (consumer) has the right to withdraw from the distance contract within 14 days. The right of withdrawal does not apply if the buyer is a legal person (a company). Returned goods must be in their original packaging and unused.
To exercise the 14-day withdrawal right, the ordered goods must not be used other than as necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods — i.e., in the same manner as permitted for testing an item in a physical shop. Goods must be returned in the identical condition in which they were delivered — undamaged and in the original packaging. Goods must be returned complete and together with all accessories, full documentation and any gifts (if included).
If the goods have been used for purposes other than those necessary to verify their nature, characteristics and functioning, or if there are signs of use or wear, the online store has the right to reduce the refundable amount in proportion to the decrease in the value of the goods.
To return goods, contact us by email at info@mousepadstore.eu no later than 14 days from the date of receipt of the goods.
The buyer bears the costs of returning the goods, except where the reason for return is that the returned item does not correspond to the ordered item (e.g., wrong or defective item).
The buyer must return the goods within 14 days of submitting the withdrawal notice or provide proof that they have handed the goods to a carrier during the aforementioned period.
The online store will refund all amounts received from the buyer under the contract no later than 14 days from the date of receipt of the returned goods.
The online store may withhold the refund until it has received the returned goods or until the buyer has provided proof of shipment of the goods, whichever occurs earlier.
If the buyer has explicitly chosen a delivery method other than the cheapest standard delivery method offered by the online store, the online store is not obliged to reimburse the part of the delivery costs that exceeds the cost of the cheapest standard delivery method.
The online store has the right to withdraw from the sales transaction and require the return of the goods if the price of a product has been displayed in the online store significantly below the market price due to an error.
Free delivery is void if the customer makes a partial return and the final purchase amount falls below €100. In that case the shipping fee will be deducted from the refundable sum.
The online store is liable to the buyer for any non-conformity or defect in the goods sold that existed at the time of delivery and that becomes apparent within two years from the date of delivery to the buyer. For defects that become apparent within the first six months from delivery, it shall be presumed that the defect existed at the time of delivery; the seller bears the burden of proving otherwise.
The buyer must notify the online store of a defect no later than two months from the date the defect became apparent by sending an email to info@mousepadstore.eu.
The online store is not liable for defects arising after delivery to the buyer.
Where goods purchased from the online store are defective and the defect is the responsibility of the online store, the online store will repair or replace the defective goods. If replacement is not possible, the online store will refund all amounts paid under the sales contract.
The online store will respond to a consumer complaint in writing or in a form that can be reproduced in writing within 14 days.
If the buyer has complaints regarding the online store, they must be sent by email to info@mousepadstore.eu.

If we do not currently offer shipping to your country, please contact us via email or our contact form.
You can cancel your order if it has not yet been shipped. Please contact us about your wish to cancel the order via support@mousepadstore.eu as soon as possible.
Once your order has shipped, it can no longer be cancelled.
All orders receive a confirmation email with tracking details once dispatched.
